There is always someone who cares. I know this is TCM's thread & hope she doesn't mind if I start #3. We can't go without a 'who the heck cares'.

sent product but shipping not updating

I sent a product to the customer several days ago, but it isnt showing as shipped in the system. Also, a different product was mailed out the same day as a seperate order, and the one order shows an update in shipping and not the other

Product fitment description was incorrect. Obviously the part didn't fit. On initial communication the seller was rude and blamed me. I ordered the product by the part number. So apparently the seller had the compatibility wrong. The seller refuses t...

Why did I get denied to be a permitted seller?

I'm a registered business that sells all kinds of vaping products and I don't know the reason to why I got denied the application. There's lots of businesses on here selling all sorts of vaping products so why can't my business?
